Human Resources & Recruitment
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfers, performance management, and offboarding.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and employer branding.
- Partner with department heads on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
- Ensure accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee monthly payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp).
- Administer employee benefits, leave, insurance, medical claims, and salary reviews.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Advise management on Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and investigations.
- Coordinate performance appraisal, KPI management, training, employee engagement, and HRD Corp claims.
HR Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with government agencies and external service providers.
- Oversee office administration, facilities, licenses, insurance, vendor management, and company events.
- Maintain proper HR documentation and conduct HR audits.
HR Projects
- Drive HR process improvements and digitalization initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower analysis, and management dashboards.
- Support organizational development and business expansion initiatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
