Sepenuh Masa Blaster Painter Specialist Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,500 in RM Leopad Sdn Bhd Pasir Gudang - Maukerja

1. Train all local Foreman/Team Leads/Supervisors/Engineers on all methodology of blasting and painting work process, inspection, quality control and equipment handling/maintenance both in onshore/offshore.

2. Take lead on special area of Blasting and Painting work activity and ensure progress based on client requirements.

3. Undertake Blasting & Painting works on all requirement of Surface Preparation, Painting Application, Marking, Paint mixing and any other related work arrangements.

4. Ensures the completion of each project as per client schedule without exceeding the given time with perfect quality and accuracy. To attend all client meeting and update work progress.

5. To ensure that painting activities during fabrication is in accordance with the design and minimise the non-conformance painting result.

6. Strategic Planning and Management on Manpower & Material Planning, Work Monitoring and Control of entire blasting and painting activities throughout the project for timely and quality completion.

7. Lead blast and paint team to deliver project in order to maximize customer satisfaction, deliver project on time and within budget, managing the cost, quality of work done maintained and improve profit margin.

8. Document all written rules for blasting and painting contractors / work process and technical know-how.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
2. At least 10 years of experience as a Blaster & Painter in construction, offshore and industrial settings.
3. Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
4. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

5. Related technical certificate is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
