About the role
We are seeking for a dedicated and organised Office Admin to join our team in Sibu, Sarawak. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. As Office Admin, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, providing essential support to management and staff whilst maintaining efficient office systems and procedures. This role is instrumental in creating a productive workplace and supporting the overall business objectives of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Managing daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence and filing systems
Providing administrative support to management and senior staff members
Handling telephone enquiries and visitor reception duties
Preparing and maintaining office documentation, records and databases
Processing invoices, expense claims and other financial documentation
Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
Assisting with general accounting and bookkeeping tasks as required
Liaising with external vendors and service providers
Supporting the team with other administrative duties as needed
Handling any other ad-hoc duty assigned from time to time
What we're looking for
No experience needed, experience in an administrative or office support role will be added advantage
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
Professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of basic accounting principles or experience with accounting software would be advantageous
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
