Core Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the full employee lifecycle by preparing offer letters, collecting new-hire paperwork, and conducting orientation.

  • Records Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical employee files, ensuring data integrity across the HR Information System (HRIS).

  • Payroll & Benefits: Track attendance, leaves, and overtime to supply accurate administrative inputs to the payroll department.

  • Employee Support: Address routine staff questions regarding company policies, vacation balances, and benefits.

  • Compliance & Reporting: Prepare HR metrics (turnover rates, headcount) and ensure local labor regulations and statutory requirements are met.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR software like accounting software (Million, autocount etc.) & MS Office (especially Excel).

  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of discretion and a strict commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
