What You Will Be Doing
As an Admin Executive, you will support daily administrative and operational processes to ensure the team operates efficiently.
To perform day to day general administrative tasks.
Daily data entry, receive orders and billing of invoices/quotations/proforma invoice/credit notes/memos etc and filing.
Receiving stock from supplier and creating Goods Receive notes.
Assist with any functions of the day to day operations within Admin Department.
Liaise with Store Department and Operations Manager for shipment of goods.
Arrange & will need to go for outlet check stock when necessary (local and outstation).
Submitting weekly/monthly report accordingly to Sales/Senior Manager.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask effectively.
