ABOUT THE POSITION

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the roadmap, planning and delivery of the team's machine-learning and AI products.

• Translate product goals into technically-grounded milestones and actionable work.

• Scope machine-learning efforts hands-on, reasoning about data, training, evaluation and deployment trade-offs.

• Track experiments, metrics and model quality, and make data-driven prioritization decisions.

• Coordinate machine-learning engineers, game teams, design and quality engineering, and run Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

• Manage risks, dependencies, timelines and stakeholder communication.

• Define success criteria and evaluation plans for AI features.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience delivering software as a technical producer or technical program manager, ideally for machine-learning/AI or game products.

• A solid working understanding of the machine-learning lifecycle - data, training, evaluation and

deployment (MLOps).• The ability to read and review code in at least one language (for example, Python) and reason about

machine-learning and agentic systems; this is a hands-on technical role, not purely process management.

• Game development delivery experience.

• Strong organization, stakeholder-management and communication skills.

• Comfort with Agile/Scrum, experiment tracking and metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Around 6+ years delivering software, including technical-producer or technical-program-manager experience.

• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex CLI, GitHub Copilot or equivalent (required).
