Tanggungjawab

We are looking for a responsible and willing-to-learn Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations and client documentation process.

The candidate will assist in handling administrative tasks, preparing documents, updating records, following up on client cases, and supporting the company’s daily workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, arrange, scan and file company and client documents.

  • Handle basic data entry and update client records.

  • Assist in preparing letters, forms and application documents.

  • Follow up with clients for required documents and information.

  • Support daily office administration and operation tasks.

  • Assist in checking application status through online systems.

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation records.

  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and email.

  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

  • Responsible, careful and willing to learn.

  • Good attitude and able to follow instructions.

  • No experience required, training will be provided.

  • Able to handle confidential company and client information.

  • Willing to learn government application procedures and documentation work.
