Key Responsibilities

Accounts Duties:

• Process payments: Perform online bank transfers to suppliers, bills, authorities and any transfer. Making sure all payment on track.

• Record transactions: Update daily accounting entries, receipts, and expenses into the system.

• Invoicing: Generate invoices, credit notes, and delivery orders for customers, follow up and collect payment.

• Bank statement: Check and export bank statements to outsource team for transaction record.

• Handle audit queries and liase any work with auditor, company secretary and tax agent.

• Ensure cost tracking are up to date for every department by weekly or during event/project.

• Generate Finance Operation Sheet monthly.

• Any adhoc task given.

Administrative Duties:

• Pantry management: Monitor pantry stock and purchase food, drinks, and office supplies regularly.

• Office upkeep: Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for business documents.

• Clerical support: Handle incoming email, answer office inquiries, and assist with basic clerical work.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.

• Experience: Fresh Graduates are welcome or 1–2 years of experience in basic accounting/administrative roles

• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word. Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount ) is a plus.

• Language: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Attributes: Trustworthy, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
