We are looking for a dedicated NOC Support Engineer to join our Network Operations Center (NOC). In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting customers' IT infrastructure, networks, and security systems to ensure maximum availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Monitor customer networks, servers, security devices, and IT infrastructure from the Network Operations Center (NOC).

•⁠ ⁠Respond promptly to system alerts, incidents, and service disruptions.

•⁠ ⁠Perform first-level troubleshooting, identify root causes, and escalate issues to the appropriate technical teams when necessary.

•⁠ ⁠Support enterprise networking, firewall, wireless, virtualization, and server environments.

•⁠ ⁠Perform routine health checks, preventive maintenance, and system monitoring.

•⁠ ⁠Assist with implementation, configuration, patching, and maintenance activities.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate incident records, troubleshooting logs, and technical documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with internal engineers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely issue resolution.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and provide timely status updates to customers.

•⁠ ⁠Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives and operational process enhancements.

Requirements

Education & Experience

•⁠ ⁠Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience in NOC, IT Support, Network Support, or Infrastructure Support will have an added advantage.

Technical Skills

Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following is preferred:

•⁠ ⁠TCP/IP, Routing & Switching

•⁠ ⁠VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, NAT

•⁠ ⁠Firewall and Network Security

•⁠ ⁠Windows Server and Linux

•⁠ ⁠Virtualization (Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V)

•⁠ ⁠Network monitoring tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, or similar platforms

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of wireless networking and enterprise infrastructure

•⁠ ⁠Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Working Hours

•⁠ ⁠This position operates on a 24/7 rotating 3-shift schedule.

•⁠ ⁠Candidates must be willing to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to the duty roster.
