To response and handle customer complaint issues at customer’s site

To conduct investigation of the quality issue complained by customer with operational team.

To prepare root cause analysis and countermeasure report for submission to customer.

To regular check on the sustainability of improvement activity and countermeasure taken to resolve the quality issue.

To involve with warranty team for problem investigation of market claim.  

To conduct management Genba to ensure daily operational as per quality system.

To involve with customer audit and external party audit for customer complaint process.

To prepare department monthly report.

To be involved in the development of new models and ensure that all previous issues are addressed with appropriate countermeasures.

Possess a recognised Degree in the Engineering Field. Preferably Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.

Preferably 3 years of working experience in Quality Control.

Good command of both spoken and written English.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
