Manage and monitor the wave soldering process to ensure product quality and production efficiency.

Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot wave soldering machines and related equipment.

Optimize the soldering process to improve yield, reduce defects, and enhance productivity.

Investigate process and equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

Prepare regular process reports and maintain engineering documentation.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and new product introduction (NPI) activities.

Diploma/Certificate, or any related discipline.

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in wave soldering, PCB assembly, or electronics manufacturing.

Strong understanding of the wave soldering process and PCB assembly.

Hands-on experience in wave soldering machine operation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of soldering techniques, process optimization, and defect analysis.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
