About the role
We are seeking an experienced and organized Admin Assistant to join AGRIPAS SDN BHD in Kuching, Sarawak. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. As Admin Assistant, you will be the backbone of our administrative function, ensuring that all office activities run efficiently and that our team has the support they need to succeed. What you'll be doing
Managing and maintaining office files, records and documentation in an organized and secure manner
Providing comprehensive administrative support to management and staff members across the organization
Answering telephone calls, responding to emails and managing general office communications
Preparing and formatting documents, reports and correspondence using appropriate office software
Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
Processing invoices, expense reports and managing basic bookkeeping tasks
Supporting the implementation of administrative procedures and policies
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a similar business environment
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
Professional demeanor with a friendly and approachable manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
A valid driving license and reliable transport would be beneficial
