Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL), and prepare monthly management accounts.

Perform account reconciliations, including intercompany and balance sheet accounts.

Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.

Support audit processes, tax compliance, and ensure compliance with financial standards and company policies.

Monitor capital expenditure, perform cost analysis, and support operational financial activities.

Work closely with internal departments, including operations and sales, to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documentation.

Assist in process improvements and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

Possess a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting, audit firms, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with strong drive to learn are welcomed to apply.

Professional certification in ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent qualification is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; familiarity with SAP system is an added advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
