Job Responsibilities:  

Project Planning:  

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.  

• Create project schedules and allocate tasks to team members.  

• Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.  

• Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials.  

• Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary.  

• Develop and manage project budgets.  

• Monitor expenses and ensure the project stays within budgetary constraints.  

• Address and resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.  

• Implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.  

• Identify and assess potential risks to the project.  

• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.  

• Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet engineering standards.  

• Conduct inspections and quality audits as needed.  

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, reports, and technical documentation.  

• Conduct post-project evaluations to analyse successes and areas for improvement.  

• Capture lessons learned for future projects.  

• Define and communicate the product vision to the development team and other stakeholders.  

• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market trends.  

• Create and maintain a product backlog, a dynamic list of features and user stories that guide development.  

Team Leadership:

• Build and lead a project team, often consisting of engineers, technicians, and other specialists.  

• Motivate and guide team members to ensure project success.  

• Maintain clear and effective communication channels within the project team inclusive software developer and with stakeholders.  

• Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any challenges faced.  

• Inspire and motivate the team to work towards the common product goals.  

• Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and the development team.  

• Communicate the product vision, progress, and changes to all relevant parties. Customer, Supplier and Vendor Relations:  

• Engage with suppliers to facilitate resource procurement for projects. • Coordinate with vendors for necessary infrastructure tools to support smooth office operations.  

• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.  

• Provide updates on project status, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.  

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.  

• Certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage.  

• Experience with relevant tools and software for project management.  

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience  

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.  

• Good Problem-solving and decision-making skills.  

• Possessed great leadership quality and able to lead the team effectively.  

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) is an advantage.
