Position: Architectural Manager (World-Class Hotel Developments)
Salary: SGD 8,000 – SGD 9,000 per month (depending on experience)

Role:

• Guide and oversee the architectural team to ensure all work is delivered on schedule, meets quality standards, and follows project requirements.

• Partner with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other project parties to make sure architectural designs are clearly understood and correctly implemented on-site.

• Align architectural plans with structural, M&E, facade, and interior design teams to prevent conflicts and ensure everything fits together seamlessly.

• Regularly monitor construction progress and conduct site inspections to verify that work matches approved drawings, specifications, and the overall project timeline.

• Proactively identify and resolve design mismatches, technical issues, and any construction challenges that come up during the build.

• Ensure all architectural work follows local authority rules and submission guidelines (e.g., BCA, URA) as well as internal company standards.

• Assist the project management team with progress reporting, documentation, and active participation in coordination meetings.

• Oversee the timely submission of material samples, product data, and method statements according to the project schedule.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.

• Experience: At least 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience, with a solid track record in a managerial role within a main contractor environment.

• Project background: Prior experience handling large-scale or iconic building projects (hotels/resorts preferred) will be a strong advantage.
