Tanggungjawab
- To be able to lead an engineering and construction team carrying out construction of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Process) projects.
- Minimum 5 years in relevant working experience in the construction industry, preferably with working experience working in cleanrooms and other electronics and semiconductor plants.
- Candidates are preferred to have Design and Build experience in ACMV, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and I&C.
- Works are mostly in 'live' production plants in the semiconductor, technology, and manufacturing industries in the field of Mechanical, Electrical and Process engineering.
- To lead a team of sub-contractors to the execute construction works.
- To manage on site and coordination with sub-contractors and their workers.
- Ensure all works are carried out safely as per requirements of the Workplace Safety and Health Council.
- Ensure that all construction work comply with project specifications, procedures, and requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor site progress in accordance to schedule, and report back accordingly to your project lead.
- Manage and participate in Testing and Commissioning of the completed installations with customers, sub-contractors, and/or consultants.
- Able to work with engineers, supervisors, and other project team members.
- Able to communicate effectively with client, consultants, and sub-contractors
- Able to work in a construction environment
- Able to work independently at sites.
- Able to use MS Office and email
- Able to read construction drawings especially for Mechanical, Electrical, and Process drawings
- Experience in risk management, and other EHS requirements as per Workplace Safety and Health Council.
- To participate in company's various work improvement programs and other related matters
