Are you a driven and strategic B2B sales professional who knows how to close a deal? We are looking for a highly motivated Client Solutions Executive (Material Handling) to take ownership of a defined territory and drive the sales of our premium forklift products and services.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand—hunting for new business, nurturing existing accounts, and providing tailored material handling solutions to our clients. What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)
- Drive New Business: Proactively hunt for new opportunities and qualify leads through cold calling, strategic networking, and targeted lead-generation campaigns.
- Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts, building strong relationships and identifying lucrative upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to truly understand customer pain points, recommending the most effective forklift and material handling solutions.
- Pitch & Close: Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations, competitive proposals, and quotations. You will negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate & Execute: Work seamlessly with our internal operations and service teams to ensure every customer receives a flawless post-sale experience.
- Market Intelligence: Stay sharp on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. You will also represent the company at industry events and trade shows to expand your network.
- Reporting & Targets: Maintain accurate sales records and reports while consistently achieving (and exceeding!) your monthly and quarterly sales targets.
