Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems
Assist in preparing reports, documents, and spreadsheets
Assist with HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records and attendance
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal staff
Requirements:
Prior experience in administrative work (2 years and above)
Singapore citizens only
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Able to multitask and meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
