Job Description

• Conduct regular store visits to review store operations, inventory accuracy, and SOP compliance.

• Check key store processes including stock receiving, stock transfer, damaged goods handling, write-off, cashier process, and stocktake preparation.

• Review inventory data, stock movement, stock discrepancies, and abnormal shrinkage trends.

• Support stocktake and cycle count activities, including on-site verification and discrepancy follow-up.

• Identify potential operational issues that may cause inventory loss, stock variance, cashier error, or process non-compliance.

• Prepare audit reports, data summaries, photos, and improvement recommendations for management review.

• Follow up with Store-in-Charge and Area Managers to ensure corrective actions are completed within the required timeline.

• Work closely with the Operations team to improve store compliance standards and reduce shrinkage.

• Assist in ad-hoc store investigations or special reviews when abnormal stock loss or operational risk is identified.
