Manage Regulatory Compliance and Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary liaison with utility providers (e.g., TNB) and government regulatory bodies (e.g., DOE, DOSH, Bomba) to ensure full compliance with all utility services and regulations.

Oversee Facility Equipment Maintenance: Lead and supervise LV Chargemen and senior technicians in the verification and maintenance of all facility equipment to ensure optimal operational condition and reliability.

Drive Energy Efficiency Initiatives: Identify, evaluate, and implement energy conservation and efficiency improvements across all electrical loads, including lighting, HVAC systems, and motor controls.

Ensure Safety and Legal Compliance: Ensure that all new installations and ongoing maintenance activities adhere to safety standards, industry best practices, and legal requirements.

Develop and Maintain Technical Documentation: Create, update, and manage critical facility-related documentation, including engineering drawings, checklists, operational manuals, and standard operating procedures.

Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in energy-saving, cost-reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to the review and enhancement of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Time-Based Maintenance (TBM), and breakdown procedures to optimize equipment performance.

Participate in Emergency Response: Serve as an active member of the Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) team during emergency situations.

Generate Performance Reports: Prepare and present comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for management review, detailing operational performance and key metrics.

Conduct Operational Analysis: Perform trend analysis on machinery operations to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and ensure cost-effective facility operation.

Qualification

Graduate of any Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Facility Management
