Job Overview
As a Maintenance Technician, you will work closely with the Operations and Management teams to ensure our restaurants and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day maintenance of our restaurant outlets across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out on-site installation, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and routine inspections of restaurant facilities and equipment.
Perform general maintenance works, including electrical fittings, wiring, plumbing, sanitary works, lighting fixtures, air-conditioning diffuser cleaning, and exhaust system cleaning.
Diagnose maintenance issues and ensure timely rectification to minimize operational downtime.
Coordinate and liaise with external contractors, technicians, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and repair works.
Ensure all maintenance works are carried out in accordance with company safety standards and operational requirements.
Support ad hoc maintenance and improvement projects assigned by the Operations and Management teams.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance or technical work experience.
Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and general building maintenance.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess good problem-solving skills.
Possess a valid Singapore Class 2B Riding License.
Familiar with Singapore's road network and traffic routes.
Willing to work a 6-day work week (44 hours), including rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Responsible, proactive, and able to respond promptly to maintenance requests.
