Job Description

• Tendering & Estimation: Review tender drawings, calculate material quantities, source competitive vendor quotes, and prepare technical bid proposals for piling works.
• Bored Piling Supervision: Oversee day-to-day bored piling operations, including borehole drilling monitoring, slurry testing, cage installation, and tremie concreting logs.
• Monitor tremie concreting: Manage the execution of concrete pouring via tremie pipes and maintain precise piling logs.
• Coordinate site execution: Carry out all ongoing project phases according to the schedule and approved drawings.
• QA/QC & Compliance: Formulate Project Quality Plans, enforce local construction codes, and manage Request for Inspection (RFI) submissions to consultants.
• Lifting Operations Management: Take full responsibility for planning, supervising, and reviewing heavy lifting safety plans for site cranes and piling rigs.
• Site Coordination & Safety: Conduct routine site checks to ensure absolute safety compliance while coordinating with project teams to resolve technical anomalies.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Work closely with project team to resolve technical issues.
• Good attitude and communication skills.
• Willing to multi-task.
• Working Location: Tampines (will relocate to Woodlands site upon project award).
