Position 1
Job Responsibilities:

·      Provide overall technical support for production operations.
·      Conduct equipment and process qualification activities as required.
·      Develop and maintain SOPs, machine manuals, and equipment-related documentation.
·      Identify and drive process improvement, automation, and engineering projects to enhance productivity, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
·      Oversee production control activities, including rework, scrap/loss disposition, process deviations, validation protocols, new process implementation, and process changes.
·      Manage, supervise, and develop technical and engineering staff to support operational objectives.
·      Coordinate with the Production team on machine installation and facility layout planning.
·      Maintain 5S practices within the workplace.

Position 2
Job Responsibilities:

·      Manage Production Engineering Assistants and Technicians, including manpower planning and resource allocation, to support the achievement of production targets.
·      Establish and implement production systems and procedures, and conduct audits of production control processes to ensure compliance with cGMP requirements, product quality standards, and effective process control.
·      Oversee production control activities, including rework, loss disposition, process deviations, machine validation, and mold validation.
·      Coordinate with the Engineering team on the installation, modification, and re-layout of production facilities.
·      Investigate quality complaints and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
·      Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and collaborate with suppliers/vendors on machine and process enhancements.
·      Analyze production performance and operating costs to improve productivity, optimize resource utilization, and minimize production losses.
·      Support new project implementation and related activities as required.
·      Maintain 5S practices within the workplace.

Job Requirements:

·    Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical &Electronic / Mechatronics / Robotics).
·    Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
·    Strong leadership and people management skills.
·    Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
·    Good project management, planning and negotiation skills.
·    Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
