Full Time Assistant Tender Manager Jobs, salary up to SGD 5,000 in ALSTERN TECHNOLOGIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

Responsibilities

· In-charge of Quantities tabulations for Mechanical (ACMV), Electrical, Fire and Plumbing & Sanitary Services

· Provide and review value engineering to ensure the tenders submitted are evaluated to best practice

· Ensure annual sales revenue of awarded projects are met

· Ensure tender documents and cost estimation comply to technical requirement and due date

· Liaise with clients to ensure technical proposal is complied

· Review drawings and specifications

· Source for vendors / suppliers and contractors

· Assist to prepare for quotation and required tender documents

· Certify and Verify quantities for projects account.

· Comply to ISO / OSHA standards

· Any other duties as assigned and not limited to above responsibilities

Leadership

· Lead, manage and motivate allocated team member(s)

· Develop clear goals that is in line with Management’s direction

· Be an excellent team player/mentor to collaborate with the internal and external teams/business partners

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Engineering or a related discipline

· 4 years experiences in cost estimation with proven record of awarding projects

· Proficient in MS Excels/words/PowerPoint/Project

· Preferred skill sets: Self Driven, resourceful, problem-solving nature, and good conversational / writing skills in English.
