Kerja Sepenuh Masa Admin Executive - Orders Processing (Marine), Gaji tinggi SGD 3,000 di ST ENGINEERING MARINE LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end management of Maintenance Orders (MOs) within the SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) module and SILS
• Execute timely opening, closing, and documentation of Maintenance Orders to meet operational deadlines
• Process vendor/service provider quotations through digital scanning and distribution to authorized approvers
• Maintain a centralized, up-to-date repository of Maintenance Orders to ensure 100% data accuracy and audit readiness
• Coordinate cross-functional dispatch of Maintenance Orders & Purchase Orders to field teams and Ship Repairs Managers
• Conduct rigorous quality checks on system data entries to uphold data integrity standards (e.g., master data, MO statuses, resource allocations)
• Able to support all operations administration requirement and any other ad-hoc administrative duties when assigned

Requirements:

• NTC or Diploma in any field 
• Meticulous in planning and data admin
• Experience in using SAP Production Planning is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders, in both verbal and email correspondence 
• Able to handle ambiguities and uncertainties with operations and clients
• Able to work independently and find out information from various parties
• Willing to work in Changi
• Only Singapore Citizens will be considered for this role
