Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Operations with daily operational activities, project planning, and coordination.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare technical documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, lifting plans, and other project-related documents.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, transportation, and logistics to support site operations.
• Supervise the installation, commissioning, inspection, maintenance, relocation, and dismantling of construction equipment.
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure work is completed in accordance with client specifications, company standards, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports, inspection checklists, and project documentation to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with engineers to coordinate technical drawings, testing, inspections, and certification submissions.
• Conduct user training sessions, safety briefings, and support workplace safety initiatives and campaigns.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and prepare detailed incident reports with corrective actions.
• Support the development, productivity, and well-being of assigned site personnel.
• Monitor equipment inventory, ensuring proper utilization, maintenance, and timely return of assets.
• Utilize the ERP system to manage operational activities, monitor project progress, and generate reports.
• Maintain accurate records to support audits and ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and applicable government regulations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
