Kerja Sepenuh Masa Archi Coordinator, Gaji tinggi SGD 3,500 di TRENDBUILD CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

-To develop a schedule program for the commencement and completion of all architectural works to tie in with master schedule.

-To coordinate monitor and control Architectural subcontractor’s progress and quality of work.

-To delegate work to the general workers/supervisors and ensure it is in compliance with company/authority standards.

-Liaise with suppliers on items needed for the project and plan the delivery schedule.

-Ensure timely delivery of goods and material to site.

-Submission to consultants for materials, shop drawings and method statement approval before commencement of work.

-Arrange for architectural trade demonstration for consultant’s approval.

-Arrange for testing of architectural materials.

-Liaise with consultants to resolve technical and detailing issues for architectural work.

-Attend project coordination meetings.

-Report to Project Manager the progress of architectural work.

-Assist Project Manager in compilation of handling over documents including as-built drawings.

-Execute control measures on material/plant and equipment/utilities usage.

-Understand specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of work.

-Ability to propose alternative material/work method for architectural work.

-Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies.
