Full Time Operations Officer Jobs, salary up to SGD 3,200 in Singapore Shipping Agencies Pte Ltd Pasir Panjang - Maukerja

Based at the Pasir Panjang PSA Terminal, the Operations Officer will be responsible for supervising vessel and shore cargo operations at Pasir Panjang Port / Jurong Port, ensuring all activities are carried out smoothly and safely at the quickest possible turn-around time. 




Key Responsibilities:

Supervising daily cargo handling operations, including, terminal activities.
Collaborating with workers to ensure efficient dispatch and uphold vessel and cargo operations safety standards.
Identifying and resolving operational issues by working with workers, and authorities.
Monitoring vessel activities, addressing any challenges to maintain smooth and secure operations.
Provide on-the-job training to stevedores and suppliers to maintain high cargo safety and quality standards.



Required Skills & Competencies:

Must be experienced working in Port.

Strong knowledge in vessel operations, cargo handling, and logistics procedures. (Port & Terminal Operations)
Cargo Operations Supervision
Stevedore management & SOP compliance.



Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in cargo or port operations.
Ability to lift heavy stuff and stand for prolonged hours.
You will be required to work long and irregular hours including late night, weekends and public holiday.
