Solution Architect

We're looking for a Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure technology solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards, working closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors on complex systems implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture design for enterprise projects, translating business needs into technical specs and integration designs
• Maintain reference architectures, standards, and guidelines; oversee implementation and migration
• Run architecture review/approval processes for security, compliance, and performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally (dev, infra, DevOps, business) to drive adoption and feasibility
• Evaluate technologies/platforms, manage vendor selection, and mentor junior team members
• Produce clear documentation, diagrams, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 8+ years in solution architecture or systems design, with proven large-scale enterprise delivery (on-prem and cloud)
• Strong grasp of application architecture, integration patterns, and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Skilled in RESTful API design, microservices, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Solution Architect, or similar certification
• Network/security architecture exposure; regulatory compliance (MAS, PCI DSS, ISO 27001)
• Experience with data governance/analytics platforms, IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible), ITSM/ITIL
• Background in banking, finance, or regulated industries
