Job Description
Responsibilities
- Carry out daily inspection of Electrical Distribution Board (DB) in every floor and daily maintenance check of all common areas; pantries, bathrooms, toilets, corridors, and classrooms.
- Take daily electrical meter reading of Main DB panel, Social Network Café, Cafeteria, and water meter reading
Carry out maintenance task as written on the daily maintenance sheet and as per instructed by Facilities Manager and/or Facilities Executive - Perform basic maintenance repairs: electrical, carpentry, plumbing and painting works
- Attend to Emergencies: fire alarm, lift mantrap, accidents
- Assist the Facilities team in case of fire and evacuation, and assist to troubleshoot the case of false fire alarm in Campus.
- Carry out quarterly inspection and maintenance checks on building infrastructure and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair door lock issues, re-setting the lift in the motor room, repair of office furniture and building fixtures
- Perform general repair works and any related duty as may be instructed by the Management
