Roles & Responsibilities

·       Assist all HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and professional development

·      Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding

·      Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labour regulations

·      Implement and maintain HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure organisational efficiency

·      Be the first point of contact for employee’s inquiries on HR-related matters and assist their inquiries.

·      Ensure all employee records are properly maintained and update in the system and employee’s personal files.

·      Manage all the work pass applications/renewal/cancellation and status including monitor of the expiry date, quota, Foreign worker levy, tax-related matters and etc.

·      Assist annual performance management process and collaborate with managers to ensure a thorough and effective review process.

·      Provide support on other HR matters and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

·      Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

·      Minimum 1 year of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, growing organisation

·      Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour laws

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organisation

·      Proficient in office software (MS Office, HR information systems (Infotech), etc.)

·      Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
