Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Business Development Manager di PeopleLAKE Group Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within targeted industries.
2. Generate new sales leads to promote staffing services including Contract Staffing, Employer of Record (EOR), Payroll Outsourcing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
3. Prepare customized proposals, service agreements, and commercial quotations pricing negotiation and contract negotiation.
4. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
5. Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers including HR Directors, HR Managers, Procurement Managers, and Business Leaders.
6. Work closely with Internal Recruitment Consultants, Delivery Teams , Operations, Payroll, and HR teams to ensure successful fulfilment of client requirements.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years of proven business development or sales experience within the Staffing, Recruitment, Workforce Solutions, HR Outsourcing, or Employer of Record (EOR) industry.
3. Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong network of corporate clients and decision-makers across various industries is highly preferred.
5. Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
7. Possess own transportation and be willing to travel for client meetings.
