• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
• Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
• Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
• Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
• Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.

Requirement

• sMinimum 5–8 years of relevant HR management experience
• .Preferably from the construction, IT solutions (project-based), EPCC, or solar (project-based) industry
• .Strong experience in handling the full spectrum of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, industrial relations, policy development, payroll oversight, and HR compliance
• .Experience serving as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) by working closely with business leaders to support operational and strategic objectives
• .Strong commercial acumen with the ability to support project-based businesses by ensuring manpower planning and resource allocation are aligned with project budgets and operational requirements, while maintaining optimal project resource costs
