We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, planning, development, and lifecycle management of innovative products that deliver exceptional customer value and support business growth. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that align with customer needs and organizational objectives.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from concept and market research through development, launch, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and executive stakeholders to transform business opportunities into scalable and customer-focused solutions.

Key responsibilities include defining product strategy, developing product roadmaps, gathering and prioritizing business and customer requirements, conducting market and competitive analysis, and translating insights into actionable product initiatives. You will create product requirements, define success metrics, and work with development teams to deliver features that enhance user experience and business performance.

You will facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle, participate in Agile planning sessions, manage product backlogs, and ensure product releases meet quality, performance, and customer expectations. The role also involves monitoring product performance, analyzing user feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and making data-driven decisions to optimize product adoption and customer satisfaction.

In addition, you will support go-to-market planning, product launches, stakeholder communication, pricing strategies, and product documentation. You will evaluate emerging technologies, monitor industry trends, and continuously refine product strategies to maintain competitive advantage and drive long-term business success.

• Strong understanding of product management principles, product lifecycle management, and Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, and feature definition.
• Knowledge of market research, customer discovery, competitive analysis, user experience (UX), and product analytics.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban and collaboration with cross-functional product development teams.
• Experience using product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Asana, Trello, Notion, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of software development processes, system architecture, APIs, and cloud-based applications is an advantage.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven product decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, balance competing business needs, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating innovative products that solve real-world problems.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities with experience driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), PMI-PBA, or equivalent product management credentials are considered an advantage.
