Role Description The Reporter is a full-time, on-site role based in Cyberjaya. This role is responsible for researching, gathering, and verifying information related to the company’s aerial operations, agricultural projects, and industry developments. The Reporter will write clear, accurate, and engaging articles, reports, and updates for internal and external audiences, including digital channels and print materials. Daily tasks include conducting interviews with subject-matter experts, visiting operational sites when required, reviewing technical information, and collaborating with operations and marketing teams to ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines. The Reporter will also support the preparation of press releases, case studies, and client communications, helping to strengthen the company’s reputation and visibility in the aviation and agriculture sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong reporting and writing skills, including the ability to present complex aviation and agricultural topics in clear, accessible language.
• Experience in research and fact-checking, with attention to detail and accuracy in all published materials.
• Ability to conduct professional interviews with pilots, ground crew, clients, and industry stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital content production, such as articles, blog posts, and social media updates.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages used in Malaysia is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Cyberjaya and visiting operational locations when needed, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in aviation, agriculture, or technical industries, with a willingness to learn operational and regulatory concepts.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
