Role Description The Assistant Outlet Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. This position supports the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, floor supervision, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The role involves monitoring sales performance, assisting in visual merchandising, managing inventory levels, and coordinating stock replenishment to achieve sales and profitability targets. The Assistant Outlet Manager is responsible for guiding and motivating the outlet team, delivering excellent customer service, and handling escalated customer inquiries or concerns. This role also contributes to training new team members, maintaining a safe and clean store environment, and preparing regular operational and sales reports.

- Candidates should possess strong retail operations skills, including store administration, inventory handling, and basic cash management.
