We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive

Location: Rawang, Selangor

Thistlegorm Forensic MY Sdn. Bhd. is a leading forensic consultancy providing expert investigation, forensic engineering, fire and accident investigation, litigation support, and specialist consulting services to law firms, insurance companies, corporations, government agencies, and private clients.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
• Identify and approach prospective clients, including law firms, insurance companies, corporations, developers, engineering consultants, financial institutions, and government agencies.
• Arrange meetings and presentations to introduce Thistlegorm Forensic’s services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and business opportunities.
• Attend networking events and industry functions to promote the company.
• Work closely with management to achieve business development goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
• Experience in professional services, legal, insurance, engineering, or consulting industries is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia.
