Role Description This full-time Business Analyst / Data Analyst role is a hybrid position based in Singapore River, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to land acquisition, right-of-way, and project performance to support decision-making and operational improvements. The analyst will document business requirements, map current and future business processes, and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with project managers and right-of-way professionals to understand business needs, validating data quality, and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across energy and infrastructure projects. The role also requires clear communication of analytical insights, assisting with process optimization initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement efforts across the organization.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex datasets and identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to elicit, document, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable specifications.
• Candidates should possess Business Process skills to analyze, model, and improve workflows related to land acquisition and project delivery.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present findings clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with stakeholders at different levels.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, business intelligence or dashboarding tools) is beneficial.
• Experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or real estate sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
