Full Time Operations Executive (Stock Control - Dispatch) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Brightstar Computer Federal Territory - Maukerja

Are you meticulous with inventory accuracy and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment? We're looking for a detail-driven Operations Executive to oversee stock flow across all branches from our headquarters at Plaza Low Yat.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming stock requests from multiple branches and prioritise fulfilment based on urgency and available inventory.
• Maintain a neat and systematically organised warehouse to ensure efficient picking and stock handling.
• Conduct daily stock counts to ensure system quantities match physical inventory.
• Receive deliveries and verify item quantities and conditions against purchase orders in Wavelet.
• Coordinate Lalamove dispatches to branches, ensuring all outgoing items are accurate and complete.
• Finalise all stock transfers (ST) on the same day to maintain real-time inventory records.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly to maintain a zero-error dispatch standard.
• Support daily warehouse and operational activities to ensure smooth stock movement across branches.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations coordination.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems; experience with Wavelet is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be based at Plaza Low Yat.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
