Experience

1. Must be very familar with Building Management Operations

2. Must have 1 year working experience in Building Management Office

3. Must be able to organise Monthly meetings with JMB / MC and AGM with preparing minutes of meetings

4. Must be willing to wok under pressure with long working hours

5. Must be able to handle a Team Technical and Non Technical staffs

6. Must be able to do monthly Property Management Reports

7. Must be very familiar with Service Contracts

8. Must be able to monitor and manage all service providers

9. Must be able to coordinate with all authorities i.e. TNB, COB, Majlis, Syabas etc

10. Must understand Strata Management Act 2013, Act 757

Skills

1. Must have good communication skills

2. Must have good negotiation skills

3. Must have good management skills

4. Must have computer skills

5. Must have good ethics of working

6. Preferable have knowledge in Building Management Accounting Software

7. A must in good Team work

Qualification

1. Preferable with Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate Management , Property Management, Building Surveying Or any Engineering Degree (Civil or Electrical or Facility Management or Technology Management )

2. Fresh Graduate even without any experience can be considered with minimum 1 year experience in Building Management Office but must have the knowledge in Property Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

• Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
