Sales Executive (Retail & Consumer Products)

RM 2,000 – RM 3,000 per month

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join the sales team at Fortia Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Penang Island, Penang. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets whilst representing our company's products and services to potential and existing customers. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and contributing to the overall commercial success of the organisation.

What You’ll Do:

- Sell and promote perfumes to meet sales goals

- Offer personalized fragrance recommendations

- Stay updated on perfume trends and ingredients

- Handle customer questions and feedback professionally

- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing

What we're looking for:

- Great at sales and closing deals

- Friendly and helpful with strong customer service skills

- Confident in product knowledge (Will be trained)

- Good communication and presentation skills
