We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance team. Fresh graduates with basic accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounts payable functions within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify and match vendor invoices with supporting documents and approved Delivery Orders (DO).
• Process vendor payments according to agreed payment terms.
• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on discrepancies.
• Monitor prepayments and accrual records.
• Prepare monthly rebate debit notes in accordance with agreements.
• Follow up on outstanding and problematic invoices.
• Respond to vendor enquiries related to payments.
• Assist in preparing bank guarantees, banking documents, and related correspondence.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Assist in scrap-related accounting activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
