Job purpose

• Operation assistant report to the managing director. He/ She is responsible in handling operational and sales duties.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle work roster and manpower placement, including replacement.
• Supervise operational compliance to standard procedure.
• Handle stock and non-stock purchasing and stock keeping.
• Supervise and report sales activities.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the managing director.

Required Qualifications

• Education - Diploma in medical-related field / business administration
• Experience - 3 years working experience required in medical-related field
• Knowledge - Has thorough knowledge on primary care services.
• Skills - Good communication skill
• Affect - Resilient

Working conditions

• Shift work. Shift hours varies and changes according to business needs.

Pay: From RM2,100.00 per month

Work Location: In person
