Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures and standards across manufacturing and logistics operations
• Conduct regular inspections, audits and testing of products and processes to identify defects or deviations from established standards
• Analyse quality data and prepare detailed reports to monitor performance against key quality metrics and targets
• Investigate quality issues and non-conformances, determining root causes and implementing corrective and preventative actions
• Collaborate with production, transport and logistics teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control activities, test results and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards and customer requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in process optimisation projects
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and best practices
• Liaise with suppliers and external stakeholders regarding quality matters

What we're looking for

• A recognised qualification in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering or a related discipline
• Proven experience working in quality assurance within manufacturing, transport or logistics environments
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, tools and methodologies such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma or Lean
• Proficiency in quality control techniques, statistical analysis and data interpretation
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and deviations
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate issues systematically and objectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation
• Proficiency in using quality management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred experience with supplier quality management or customer audits
• Preferred certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or other recognised quality standards

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
