1. Operational Management:

• Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Subway’s standards for food preparation, safety, and sanitation.
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Ensure adherence to all Subway policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations

2. Food Preparation:

• Oversee and participate in the preparation of food items to Subway’s standards.
• Ensure all food handling and preparation procedures follow health and safety regulations.
• Maintain proper storage and rotation of food items to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Monitor portion control and presentation of food items to maintain consistency and quality.
• Train staff on proper food preparation techniques and safety standards.

3. Cleanliness and Maintenance:

• Ensure the store is kept clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Implement and monitor cleaning schedules for all areas, including dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Report any maintenance issues to the Store Manager and arrange for repairs as necessary.

4. Customer Service:

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns promptly.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and escalate issues to the Store Manager when necessary.

5. Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock of all necessary items.
• Minimize waste through effective inventory management practices.
• Track and analyze inventory data to identify trends and make informed decisions.

6. Financial Performance:

• Assist in achieving sales targets and managing expenses.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

7. Leadership and Training:

• Supervise and support store staff during shifts, ensuring effective teamwork and communication.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and onboarding new employees.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment.

8. Reporting:

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance.
• Report any operational issues or concerns to the Store Manager promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
