Job description:

• Service Desk Support -Efficiently managing and assisting the ticketing queue by resolving common issues such as creating/managing accounts, password resets and peripheral configurations.
• Hardware Lifecycle Management -Assisting in the physical deployment of workstations, performing basic hardware diagnostics, and conducting routine maintenance on PCs and peripherals.
• Hardware Fundamentals - Understanding of PC components (eg, RAM, SSD, Motherboard) and the ability to perform basic assembly or swaps
• Software Literacy -Basic understanding of Microsoft products and Google Workspace.

Requirement:

• Problem-Solving - The ability to follow a logical troubleshooting process to identify the root cause.
• Instructions Following - Ability to execute tasks based on departmental SOPs.
• Customer Service Orientation - A patient and professional communication when dealing with non-technical staff members.
• Availability to join in August 2026 will be a plus.
• Availability to work for 5~6 months is a plus.

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
