Job Description:

This is a personal assistant freelance job, which supports the preparation of patient documentation, clinical presentations and digital records to ensure patient cases are complete and ready for clinical review by the dentist, as well as assisting the dentist in documentation, filing and administrative duties, relating to the dentist's patient cases.

Hybrid and flexible working hour

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations using Canva templates.
• Transfer assessment findings into presentation and report formats.
• Organise and manage all relevant clinical data for the dentist
• Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date patient records.
• Ensure all patient documentation is organised and ready before clinical review.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and data security.
• To perform all other documentation, filing and administrative duties relating to the dentist's patient cases.

Working Arrangement

• Full-time (4 working days per week)
• Monday: On-site at the clinic (Consultation Day)
• Remaining 3 working days: Work from home
• starts work 1st August 2026
• Occasional on-site attendance may be required if consultation schedules change or for urgent patient cases.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and organised.
• Good computer skills.
• Familiar with Canva and Google Drive (training provided).
• Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Report directly to the respective dentist

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
