Job Summary:
Manage new vehicle purchase and accessories installation processes, including supplier sourcing, quotation, negotiation, and payment. Prepare costing proposals for Sales Team, handle loan applications, coordinate vehicle registration, and ensure smooth order processing and documentation while resolving issues efficiently.
Job Description:
- Perform the new car purchase and accessories installation (new car) process; including obtain quotation from vendor, supplier sourcing & selection, price negotiation & comparison, loan application, payment process and paper works.
- Attend quotation request from Sales Team in Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (automotive product and non-automotive products relates with Car Leasing/Rental); to prepare costing proposal.
- Handle & Process Order & Accessories Installation
- Responsible Quotation / Costing Proposal -Supplier sourcing & selection, obtain quotation from vendor, price negotiation & comparison, costing sheet preparation
- Coordination of vehicle registration & permit application, Prepare the necessary documents and updates.
- Responsible on Loan Application - Obtain quotation from banker, rate negotiation / comparison, and loan application
- Responsible for handling correspondence (emails/calls), overseeing payment procedures, and addressing any arising problems efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, costing, or marketing, preferably in the automotive or car leasing sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and calculation skills; familiarity with the CarPro system is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills – able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to multitask manually.
- Work Location: Segambut, Mayflower Car Rental
- Shuttle service provided to the nearest public transport (MRT Jalan Ipoh).
