Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a leading automotive technology and enterprise digital solutions environment.

This role has a strong front-end development focus and is ideal for a senior software engineer with extensive hands-on experience in React.js and Node.js. You will be responsible for developing scalable, high-quality digital applications and contributing throughout the complete software development lifecycle.

The successful candidate will work closely with product, design, QA, and engineering teams in a modern Agile and Scrum environment, contributing to digital platforms and enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable full stack web applications.
• Develop modern, responsive, and high-performance front-end applications using React.js.
• Build reusable React components and maintain scalable front-end architectures.
• Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into functional digital applications.
• Develop, maintain, and integrate backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and services to support front-end applications.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other software developers.
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture planning, and solution design.
• Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, maintainability, and user experience.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving development and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance and overall system reliability.
• Participate actively in Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support testing, deployment, and production issue resolution when required.
• Mentor or provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers where applicable.
• Continuously evaluate modern web development technologies, tools, and engineering practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Approximately 7–10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in React.js, ideally with approximately 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Node.js, ideally with approximately 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in modern front-end development is essential for this position.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and modern web application development.
• Experience developing scalable and responsive web applications.
• Strong understanding of component-based front-end architecture and reusable UI development.
• Experience with API development and integration.
• Good understanding of full stack application architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.
• Experience working within cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a development team.
