Kerja Sepenuh Masa SALES MANAGER, Gaji tinggi MYR 8,000 di Oversea Enterprise Berhad Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, corporate clients, and event organizers.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Production, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Drive sales for festive promotions, corporate gifting, exhibitions, and events.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in FMCG, confectionery, food & beverage, or event sales is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Willing to travel and possess a valid driving licence.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
